Why we need to do bamboo stick boiling ?

This chemical treatment process is for prevent the bamboo stick from mildew and darkening.

After you made the BAMBOO STICK (fresh stick), you need to boil the stick

in the stainless steel boiling tank with water. (removing the sugar, insects inside).

It is the necessary step. After boiling, the stick is wet, you need to drying the 

stick outside (under sunshine) or drying in the drying room.
