4. MZP-1 Small Layering Machine (Making the thicker bamboo strip into thinner ones.)

    ex. 7mm into 2 pcs of 3.5mm.

5. MBZS-5 Round Bamboo Stick Making Machine (bamboo wool slicer).

   (round stick making ex. 2.0mm/2.2mm)

6. BJQ-6 Precise Cutting Machine

 (length setting of toothick, for example 65mm, 70mm etc)

7. BPG-1G High speed toothpick polishing machine

   (polishing the surface of toothpick into smooth)

8. BXJ-1S Toothpick sharpening machine (NEW MODEL)

   (Option: double pointed or single point toothpick). If you want to

   make both types, you shall order 2 set of BXJ-1 model.

9. TZQ-020 Medium type blade sharpening machine

 (It is for machine maintaining, blade grinding and sharpening)

For some customers, if they do not sell toothpick in bulk, they need to buy toothpick packing machines.

(2). GD-BZ2 toothpick packing machine (two color printing/paper and plastic film available)

For toothpick making plant, you also need to build the drying room and you shall also have the heat supply.For heat supply, you can consider to buy a steam boiler or hot air stove. Both are ok.
