The process of making bamboo into solid bamboo furniture board

1.​bamboo cutting

2. bamboo splitting 

 3. using MBXD-10 to setting the width/thicknes/remove knots (four side planing 

4. chemical treatment of bamboo strip and drying process 

5. using MBHB-4 machine to further precision planing of the bamboo strip. (because after drying, the bamboo strip will go bent).

 5 . gluing of bamboo strip  

6. using hot press machine to make a board  2440*1220mm (thickness 15 to 35mm ex.)

7.  SIDE TRIMMING (cutting )  

8. SANDING THE SURFACE OF BOARD .
