RYJ-1S Wooden spoon hot pressing machine is used for hot press forming of disposable wooden spoon,fork and knife. It can hot press the flat wooden spoon,fork and knife into finished products by changing different specifications of the pressing mold. This equipment has the characteristics of fast hot pressing setting, high pressure and high working efficiency. The overall pressing process of the all-steel mold prepared by the equipment ensures that the product after hot pressing has less color difference and uniform color, the product surface is smooth and flat, there is no indentation step, and the rebound coefficient is small. The all-steel mold is durable and the basic set of molds has reached the permanent life.
It effectively solves the existing simple hot press on the market (because the aluminum mold half-body pressing process mold is not durable and the service life is short). The extruded product has large color difference, uneven color, and uneven product thickness and class defects. Due to the lack of pressure in simple hot-pressing equipment, the shortcomings of hot-pressing and slow slow rebound coefficients have been effectively solved.
